Dan Norville

President & Founder

Mr. Norville has a long career in the real estate industry as an investor and developer and has also served in various roles in Real Estate Investment Banking and Private Equity. Mr. Norville founded his first company (also in Real Estate) in 2012 and subsequently three more companies since then, and is responsible for overseeing underwriting, research, institutional capital raising, business development and deal negotiation. Mr. Norville is also responsible for sourcing and establishing new transactions for the firm. His career has encompassed the structuring, financing, acquisition, disposition, leveraged buyout, valuation and due diligence of over $1.0 billion in completed real estate as well as corporate M&A transactions.

Mr. Norville also brings significant corporate operations and corporate finance experience to the Norcap platform. Mr. Norville graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science, double-major in Finance and Accounting.

Candace Norville

Co-Founder & Principal

As a Founding Principal at Norcap, Candace serves as the Director of Business Development and Strategy. Norcap started as a commercial real estate investment company that has grown via organic vertical integration and also through partnerships. Norcap, along with its subsidiary companies, now serves as a holistic platform for investment management, construction and property management. Norcap is a Hilton approved Hotel management company that was created out of necessity to maximize efficiency across business lines. Our partner construction company is fully licensed GC holding all mechanical, electrical and plumbing licenses for our projects which has saved Norcap and our investors millions of dollars on development.

Norcap started as a team of two and Candace has had to take on many roles throughout the company’s growth. Strategizing and seeing through the life cycle of a deal from inception is one of the many perks of the small team. Candace believes if you are knowledgeable on a cellular level in your business, you will be able to source, teach and keep great talent that is needed to scale. Norcap has great team members and partnerships that have been cultivated over many years of hard work.

In addition to deal structuring, negotiations, redevelopment strategy and high-level thinking, Candace has performed construction project management, FF&E procurement, human capital management, branding and more. Candace received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Rick Skinner

Chief Operating Officer

Rick is an accomplished senior hospitality operations executive with 30 years of extensive experience building synergy among operations, finance and marketing to support strategic business objectives. He has been successful in start-up, turnaround and high-growth organizations. Rick’s primary responsibilities at Norcap include identifying business opportunities, leveraging team competencies to drive growth, reduce costs, improve market positioning and strengthen bottom-line financial performance for Norcap’s portfolio.

Susan Wallace

Chief Financial Officer

Susan has over 25 years of direct experience in corporate and commercial real estate management, accounting, and lease administration. She was a project leader for national and off-shore teams maximizing value for corporate tenants and equity investors with office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use real estate holdings. She has significant experience working with complex lease audits, lease disputes, transactional due diligence and accounting engagements. Susan spent 12 years as a Senior Manager at Deloitte and an additional 3 years as the Manager of CRE Portfolio Management for Accenture.
